i love it but every one is slightly different...please no garlic ones..how do you do yours?

Just minced or finely chopped paua.... pan fry in butter (not margarine!), with diced onions, half teaspoon of salt..... fry and stir for approx ten minutes.... add a tablespoon of flour....mix in... add cream (and some pepper to taste), simmer until most of the cream absorbed.yum.

people add all sorts of other things... but it kills the taste of the paua.You dont even have to use the flour.... just add the cream, and simmer until creamy
