This one's really easy and you don't have to layer it. SCRAMBLED LASAGNE For speed, forget the layers! 250g wide lasagne noodles, 1T oil, 1 lge onion, 500g minced beef, 2T flour, 425g can Italian Seasoned Tomatoes, 1T butter, 1c milk, 1 egg, 2c grated cheese.Boil lasagne noodles in salted water until tender. Drain and toss with oil so noodles do nostick together. Brown onion & mince in the oil, add 1T flour, then the tomatoes. Bring to the boil, gently mix in noodles and spread in an ovenware dish about 23cm square. In the noodle pot melt the butter, add remaining flour, then stir in half the milk. Bring to boil, add remaining milk and boil again, stirring all the time. Remove from heat and beat in egg and cheese. (If too thick to pour, add extra milk or water). Pour over the meat, covering completely. Bake uncovered, at 180oC, for 30-45 minutes, until topping is golden brown and firm. Cut in rectangular pieces to serve. 4-5 servings

Then it isn't lasagna. It's just another pasta dish.
Mix first 10 ingredients thoroughly.Spray dish place ½ mixture into it. Place ½ lasagne over meat then sprinkle ½ cup grated cheese.Layer another ½ of the meat mixture and the remaining lasagne and ½ cup cheese.Cover with remaining meat.
Bake in oven 180 degrees C for 50 mins.Mix remaining cheese, egg corn flour and milk together and pour over cooked mixture evenly.Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 150 degrees C for 10 mins.Leave to stand 15 mins before cutting into squares.

Mine is really easy, In bowl mix raw mince 500gms add 1 tin of watties tomato pasta sauce (can use other flavours) mix, sit aside, make a cheese sauce (bring to almost boil 1.5 cups milk with 1 Tbsp butter and a grind of pepper, in a small jar, add .5 cup milk and 3 Tbsp flour shake, and add to milk/butter mix, whisk until thick, add 1 cup grated cheese. Then layer mince with uncooked lasagne, cheese sauce, into oven for 45mins at 180, just before serving put grated cheese on top, sit for 10 mins before serving.... Nice!!!!

If you brown off the mince ,then in a blender whizz up a couple tins of tomatoes,garlic,onions,beefsto- ck,celery, oregano, thyme.pour into mince allow to cook & reduce. You can use fresh or instant lasagne saving time as you won't need to cook it. Next layer lasagne, grated cheese &mince mixture. Trust me it is a lot tastier with just a cheese rather than a cheese sauce.
