I just made my first loaf ever, and it came out awsome, I actually forgot the butter and its still good as, I left it to rise in the hot water cylinder cupboard which was about 11/2hrs, baked at450F for 30 min, and it looked exactly like this one on you tube, I used Countdown Homebrand high grade flour and 1 edmonds active yeast sachet in the box . I'm also lucky enough to have the kenwood chef
Ingredients: 3 3/4(600g) cups strong bread flour 2 tsp salt 1 tsp soft brown sugar 7g sachet instant yeast 400ml lukewarm water/tepid 3 Tbls butter melted in micro wave mix in kenwood with dough hook Bake at 200c/450F for 30min

You don't need butter. Unless it's really cold in the kitchen you don't need a warming cupboard either. Countdown bread isn't really economical. www.mybreadmix.co.nz has much cheaper flour.
