Anyone have a creme brulee recipe that doesnt require it boiling in the oven in a shallow tray of water? I found one ages ago but cant find it....Also for the toppin I just make the caramel by melting sugar and water and when its done pour over the brulee and it sets just like you blowtorched it =)
