Just thought id let you know something easy peasy to make for xmas and looks stunning. Use a packet of choc chippies, dip each bikkie in fanta, then sandwich together with whipped cream to make a log. That is whipped cream on each biscuit, then cover with whipped cream all over, top with nuts, hail or whatever, fast , easy, cheap to make, and goes down well.

This is a retro recipe originally you dipped the bikkies in OJ or sherry. Also you can use gingernuts. Yes you are right it is a tasty reicpe and quite economical too as it is quite rich.

Several years ago i did the gingernut log, I think the recipe was out of a hard back AAW recipe book.It was so easy & yummy.
