Use the tupperware jelly mould and make club sandwiches in it.You can then cut them to whatever size you want.They can be made a day ahead so no rushing about.Everyone seems to like them

elleg1, just on the left is a search box in keyword or member box type club sandwiches, in the date posted box click on the little arrow on the right and then on anytime then click search, you will find loads of fillings and suggestions, good luck and have fun at the party.

I did a cockparty a few weeks ago... the " sandwiches" I made were * aspargus rolls, * chicken rolls (contained cooked chicken - minced mixed with mayo and then topped sprouts), * salmon rolls (smoked salmon with cream cheese - minced in the food processor for easy spreading) * club sandwiches: ham and egg; ham and tom and lettuce,
