Just wondering if this cut would be suitable to anything other than pan fry? I have had a pack in the freezer for ages and it lokks like it needs to go into a stew or similar - any ideas please??

Sirloin Steak is porterhouse steak, but if this isnt cut into steak size portions, no problems with either braising or dicing up for a casserole.

Thanks Petal - I just wondered about cooking times - maybe not as long as a cheaper cut?
