Thats a good oven to keep an exact 50 deg for 24hours risky technique too from a food hygiene point of view. My oven wouldn't do that though my slow cooker on its lowest setting might could possibly also use an electric blanket and a good thermostat.

Edit to add your average domestic oven wouldn't be able to maintain those temps evenly over that period of time there would he highs and lows.
