Crumble topping I used fruity bix the other day, you need the same amount as for a crumble with oats or muesli, replacing the oat portion.Mine is 1/3c butter melted, 1/3c flour, 1/3c brown sugar, 3c muesli, mix together, put on top of fruit, bake 170c 30-40 minutes.

American Crunch...(Just made a batch now) 1/2c flour, 1/4c cocoa, 1 1/2c brown sugar, 1 c coconut, about 6 weetbix, 250gm butter, 1 tsp vanilla. Icing: 1 1/2c icing sugar, 2T cocoa, 1T butter, hot water. Sift flour & cocoa into bowl. Stir in brown sugar & weetbix. Melt the butter & add to the dry mix with the vanilla essence. Press into slice tin and bake @ 180°C for 25mins. Cool before covering with icing. Icing: Melt butter, sift in icing sugar & cocoa. Add enough hot water or milk to mix to spreadable consistency. Add extra coconut to the top if you desire. You can also add a drop of peppermint essence to the icing if you want a choc peppermint crunch.

As i have just made a batch of this, from the other thread you posted in, its just come outthe oven and it seems quite soft, does it firm up once it cools?

livewire....I have just checked my computer file of recipes (cos I just copy & paste) and my apologies but it is 1 and 1/2 cups of flour. When I copied and pasted the recipe, I mustn't have highlighted the 1.And now I have ballsed up the recipe in the other thread, cos I just checked the one posted in here and it was wrong.Sh*t, what a disaster area I am today.Sorry, but I don't think you will have a crunch recipe today - more like a weetbix brownie.
