Hi, saw a yummy looking slice recipe in a mag while waiting for my fish and chips (had fussy kids staying). Thought it looked yummy but I can't find anything like it - have tried googling. It had 2 cups of rolled oats and 6 weetbix and won a best slice in a Jo Seager competition. Anyone know it pls? ? ?

No - didn't even think to look. Normally I just google and the very thing I want just pops up. It looked like a kind of anzac slice with added weetbix... maybe i need to pop in for f&c again? !

Thank you but not the right one. I think it was something like 200g butter 2c rolled oats, 1 cup flour, 6 weetbix and im guessing golden syrup and something to help it rise. Silly of me to think it would be easy to find... I might give up on this one but thank you for your help!
