That link didn't work, try the search function recipes, weetbix, last year and a thread comes up with ideas.

My greataunt used to add a small handful of crunched-up weetbix to her shortbread mix . sounds weird, but gave it a lovely nutty flavour.

I always crunch them up before eating. What,s the difference!

Weetbix loaf
3x weetbix
1 1/2 cups chopped dried fruit (apricots, sultanas, dates etc)
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups self raising flour

Soak weetbix in milk
Add flour, sugar and fruit
Pour into greased loaf tin, bake for 45mins at 180c.

Quick easy recipe, just make sure you grease the loaf tin really well as theres no butter in the recipe it will stick if not well greased!

,

I will have to try that next time I make my shortbread, thanks for the tip.

OP just use them as they are, I always crush them before eating anyway,
