These were around years ago,they are a hard cannied shell around a peanut,they were pink and white. I did get a recipie off trade me message board years ago,but it has since disapeared.Thank you in advance.

Off Google (not exactly what you want, but recipies on there). I love Sugared Almonds
Frosted Peanuts Classic Christmas treat!
1 pkg. Raw Spanish Peanuts (14 oz.)
1 c. sugar
½ c. water
Salt
Boil all three until glazed and liquid is absorbed.
Spread on buttered cookie sheet and salt lightly.
Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.
Stir peanuts, salt lightly, bake 15 more minutes.

Put in a little food colouring.
