I have beef out for dinner, but can't make my normal stirfry as I have no oyster or fish sauce. (they were my staple ingredients). Any suggestions????

Perhaps a bit late now, but what do you have? I use organic tamari, ginger,onions and a selection of vegetables,peppers etc.
