Great now I'm hungry for salmon!! LOL...I'd just melt some butter, with some capers, lemon zest, finely chopped parsley and have it like that or mix cream cheese and ordinary cream together with it as well for a nice rich sauce.

Vaccum packed as in smoked? is really nice on a panini with cream cheese, salad greens, capers, blue cheese and Watties "Bit on the side apricot sauce....hmmmmm, I feel this coming on for lunch!

This is my fav: cook fresh or dried fetticine then add salmon, zest and juice of one orange, around 2/3 tablespoons chopped capers, fresh parsley or dill and 3/4 tablespoons of sour cream, too good!

i love these with a little dill on a warm toasty bagel perhaps even with a schmear of creme cheese
