Hi.. grill or fry them as usual, until cooked.. split them lengthwise until they open out flattish and don't split apart.
Mix some chutney or relish, with grated cheese & finely chopped onion.. spread over the cut side of the sausages and grill till golden.. yum!

Thanx. Got them in the oven so will try your recipe. Will add chopped bacon too. Sounds yum.
