I wouldn't normaly rise it in the microwave (that's why I am asking lol) but I am going to make bread with the pippins today, We won't have enough time ot rise it" properly" and bake it during the meeting so was wondering what the timing/process is for rising in the microwave please.

Wouldn't it be best to make two or 3 loaves so have some proving and ready at the lesson to Knead and another ready to bake so you can make the dough then show them how to knead and then put one on to bake. Microwave can only speed the process up a little by warming the dough but it can also stop the fermentation if it gets too hot.
