Don't want anything too posh or involved and not containing red wine or similar. Have most sauces, flavourings and herbs, etc. Wanted by a mere male so please write slowly.

Brown sausages & onions in a saucepan. Cut sausages up, add carrots, peas, beans (opt). Cover with water, bring to boil, simmer till carrots are cooked. Thicken with cornflour & water. You may need to add gravy colouring or marmite for colouring.
Check out the l/h mesage board. Key in Braised sausages then in date posted enter anytime.

Hi there, we have braised sausages all the time all I do is fry up the sausages, add sliced up onion, make a gravy bisto it so easy add to the sausages and onions..... hubby could eat sausages everyday of the week if he could get away with it.... and with making that just add mashed potatoe and peas or whatever.... bangers and mash yumm
