Just wondering can you use normal plain flour for bread in a bread maker, thought i would make some bread today but don't have any high grade flour (live in the country so can't just pop down to the shop! ! lol)
cheers

I have been using plain flour in my breadmaker for ages. I cant always afford the high grade equivalent.
I haven't noticed any difference in texture, so yes u can.
If you worried about it though you can add a Tablespoon or 2 of cornflour to the flour.

You could always add 1 tablsp of gluten flour to each cup of plain flour. Gluten flour is quite cheap to buy at the bulk food shops. I use a similar recipe to korbo but using half white and half brown flour plus the gluten flour and add 2 tablsp linseeds, it turns out great.
