I have a recipe I would like to try but it calls for two cups of baking mix. What would this be? Any suggestions for a substitute. I think I have seen a recipe for baking mix in the Destitute Cook cookbooks - would this be the same thing and if so can someone post the recipe.

Sophie Gray in one of her destitute cook books had a recipe for baking mix. I think it was her first cookbook.
