found a breadmaker in cupbord not used for a few years, can I buy a premixed recipe for it? from say any supermarket.

I usually use 1 3/4 cups warm water, pinch of salt,Tb spoon of butter then 4 cups of flour ( on top of water etc) then 4 teaspoons of yeast...this is for a french loaf.

i could give you an easy bread recipe if you wish.it's a 1/2 white 1/2 wholemeal

a new breadmix in the supermarket is 3 varieties - white, mixed grain and rye (I think). I've used a lot of the mix grain, and like rye breads but thought it'd be nice to have something other than white as the third mix. Good way to try a few and see if any set your soul on fire or keep on looking :) (sold by the flours in supermarkets)
