Having mid winter Xmas dinner on Friday and would be grateful for any ideas for xmas nibbles or treats please

Sticky Chicken Sauce... Leave overnight in fridge for best results
In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup dark soy sauce, 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup water,
Grated fresh ginger and garlic to taste...
Method:
Pour over chicken wings or drums and leave to marinate. Bake at 150c for about 1-1 1/2 hrs...
Baste and turn often. Roll in pre~roasted sesame seeds.

Bacon and Egg Yorkies
Precook some bacon rashes and chop into pieces. . In a bowl, make an egg mix with salt, pepper, grated cheese and diced onion and mix well... Add the bacon pieces. . Now make some Yorkshire puddings in muffin tins.
Once the yorkies are cooked and risen, poor some of the mix inside and place back in oven till the egg mix cooks and sets

Bacon and Vegetable Savoury Slice. . Preheat oven to 180 c
Ingredients :
3 cups seasonal vegetables, grated ~ zucchini, carrot, pumpkin. . 1 onion, finely chopped. . 3 rashers bacon, diced. . 1 cup grated cheese. . 1 cup flour. . 1 tsp baking powder. . 125ml cooking oil . . 5 eggs, lightly beaten. . 1/2 cup milk. . salt and pepper to taste. .
Method:
Grease a 15 x 25cm baking dish... Combine all ingredients and mix well. . Pour into baking dish. . Bake for 35 minutes... Makes 12 slices.

Vege Wraps. . Made with dried rice paper wraps
Layer a small bit of shredded lettuce with chopped mint and lemon juice mixed through. Then a small amount of shredded chicken meat , some grated carrot and a few mung bean sprouts, a little salt and pepper and wrap them up. Can add other vegetables as required
Use a dipping sauce made of sweet chilli sauce and freshly squeezed lime juice.

Rudolph's Nose. . Cream cheese topping
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
1/2 Cup Malt vinegar
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 large red capsicum (finely chopped)
Put all in a pot, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20-30 mins until it starts to thicken (like marmalade)... Cool, then when cold tip over a tub of cream cheese... Serve with crackers.
