Flaked rice. I made a nice flaked rice custard for pudding last night. None of the supermarkets I go to stock it but I never have any trouble getting it from Bin Inn.

Check out the breakfast cereal aisle. Look for Simple rice porridge. It is in a light greenish sort of zip lock bag. You can use this to make rice pudding with if you like. Takes about 10mins all up. comes already sweetened and with dried fruit added.
