Does anyone have a recipe for this?

I have googled it and all I get is recipes that require marshmallow creme to which we dont have.

I want to make icing that it fluffy and looks like clouds on cupcakes if that helps.

Thank you

you can get marshmallow creme here on TM and at a place called martha's backyard but really if you want it super fluffy looking your better off with a meringue or a butter creme frosting piped of course

marshmallow frosting

3 egg whites
480 g white sugar
3 teaspoons light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
150 ml water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a metal bowl combine the egg whites, sugar, corn syrup, cream of tartar and water. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water) and beat continuously with a hand-held electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy and forms soft peaks. Take the bowl off the heat and add the vanilla. Whisk the mixture until it forms stiff peaks.
