Just wanting to know if anyone knows how to make the marshmellow more dense like the shops sell
mine always seems fluffy
is there a way you make the marshmellow without beating it

Perhaps a little bit more of icing sugar.
Addition of icing sugar is the only thing that one can think of will thicken the marshmellow likwise less liquid type ingredients but I like mine soft and fluffy that just simple dissolve in ones mouth rather nicely.
