jest bring it down ta me o. k or ya can put in a glass container with a little water, cover & microwave approx 5 mins (depending on the amount)

Cut in to even sized florets and put a small amount of water in the bowl - cover and cook for 2-3 mins or until it is cooked to your liking - 3-4mins usually gets it soft, 2. 5-3 mins usually stilla wee bit crunchy. Just depends on how you like it

I just put my florets on a dinner plate- put a shoppingbag over and under it-loosely-not touching the vegies. cook on high 5 min. Salt and pepper.
