How do i make this please? would i use just the orange juice or blend the orange minus the skin in a blender? thanks

kalebs_mummy, as a variation on a basic bread stuffing recipe in an Edmond's Cookery Book there is an Orange and Rosemary version which has 2 tbsp orange rind and 2 tsp rosemary - there is no mention re using any orange juice and IMO the whole orange would make the stuffing too wet. :-))
