Are you sure it is from Anabelle Langbein - it could be Annabelle White.Not sure why,but for some reason I feel it is more like her.I do have one of her books.If I remember later I will have a check for you.

Think its one of Anabelle Langbeins been told and it has a whole orange in it. Not to sure they were just nice when I had one

The orange and choc chip muffins
1 orange roughly cut 3/4cp sugar 100g butter 1 egg 1 1/2cups flour pinch salt 1tsp baking powder 1tsp baking soda about cup chocolate chips
pre heat oven to 200 C. Place orange,sugar,and butter in kitchen whizz and process until well mixed Add egg and milk and mix well Add combined dry ingred and gently pulse to combine Do not over mix Spoon into muffin pans and bake 12-15minutes springy to touch
