My bread maker book does not have a recipe for banana bread do you have a nice one I could try?

lindsay_hall, I recall this being requested in the past so try doing a search here on this Trademe MB using e. g. 'banana bread' as the Keyword and 'Anytime' as the Date posted option - I'm fairly sure that you'll find a choice of recipes. :-))

Here 'tis - can't quite remember where I got it so thankx to that person anyway:2 lge eggs, 1/3 cup butter, 1/8th cup milk, 2 med. mashed bananas, 1-1/3 cups bread flour, 2/3 cup sugar, 1-1/4 tsp bp, 1/2 tsp b/soda, 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Prep: Make sure all ing at room temp. Measure eggs, butter milk and bananas into machine and set aside. In med. mixing bowl, combine the rem. dry ing. Mix well and add to the bread machine. Use quick bread setting for the machine.
