Hi, I was wanting to do a dessert for Xmas with a bought pav, with lemon curd, whipped cream and yoghurt, toasted coconut and blueberries. Did a practice one and it was nice but lacked visual wow factor. My question is will it work to cut one of these supermarket marshmallowy pavlovas in half and do the lemon/cream/blueberry thing in the middle too? does anyone split and layer these pavlovas?

Never done a sponge cake sandwich style Pavlova yet but have done pavlova stacks homemade and was very yummy but a bit of work though but had that huge WOW factor.
