This year had an abundance of Tangelo type oranges. Simply cut them into quarters or eighths and squished them into a large pot, just add enough water to cover and bring to a simmer boil, simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until the skins are soft. Once skins soften, using a Stick Blender, blend all.
Weigh the mixture and add same weight in sugar, return to a low heat and bring to a simmer slowly dissolving sugars.
Simmer until a spoonful of marmalade rested for a minute or so then slides of the spoon and forms a soft solid.
Into sterilised jars and given to family and friends etc as a nice treat.

2 oranges 2 lemons 2 grapefruit 20 cups water 18 cups sugar slice or mince fruit boil fast with water 1 hr then add sugar boil until it forms a skin on a plate then put into jars
