Can anyone recommend the best way to freeze Tuatua once shelled. Is it best to freeze whole or minced. Need to freeze for a week only Thanks

You can do both (whole or minced) but the best way is to make them (especially whole ones) into a block with a little fresh unpolluted seawater, as this stops "freezer burn".
Thawn, drain, and use as normal (with minced, use just enough sea water to moisten, and don't drain, if using for fritters, no need to add extra salt, either).
