had a huge bag of omega plums given to me earlier in the year, the day before leaving on a months holiday. didnt have time to do anything with them, so chucked them whole in the freezer in small plastic bags. took one out the other day. left on bench to defrost, then into a pot, covered with water and a bit of sugar. Ola la, they are so nice, tho the skins kinda peeled off, and were a bit sour. Just thought I would pass this on,

They make nice jam.
