I tried in the collectors category but no joy so I'm hoping someone who frequents this topic will have knowledge.
I have a copy of the Controversial 9th Edition St Andrews Cookery Book, 1921 with the very first Anzac Crispies recipe published officially with correct ingredients. (Many Australians strongly disagree with this idea. no surprises there. ) Condition is great. I cannot find a single copy available online for any comparison. Is it worth taking it to a specialist? And who might that be? Any ideas much appreciated. TIA

Professor Helen Leach at Otago University is an expert in this field. She might be able to advise you. Good luck!
