For healthier bread than in the shops that you've made and enjoyed please? I love bread but im trying to lose weight so thought id see what others eat and get recipes. Thanks heaps

Flour, water, yeast, salt, thats all you need in it. No sugar, no improvers, no additives.
Use 50/50 wholemeal or add grains.

You will lose weight by dropping bread from your diet all together. Way easier than I expected, A lettuce leaf replaces bread in so many ways as a carrier for other fillings. Burgers, salad sandwiches, etc. I have found my appitite has decreased since dropping bread, it was like the more bread I ate the more I thought I needed to eat.

I agree with pickles. Drop the carbs and you don't get the cravings. That deperate desire for more carbs! Try it . You have to have the alternatives ready though. Start yr day with a big omelette!
