Hi all - I've done a quick search in this board but can't find any ready recipes for using up leftover cereal. I currently have a box of muesli and some other bits and pieces which will never get eaten for breakfast! I can't stand to throw them out. Does anyone have a good tried and true recipe for using up leftover cereal? I'm keen on muesli bars or energy balls or some-such. TIA :-)

Any biscuit recipe that calls for cornflakes or weetbix, just substitute with the leftovers in the bottom of the carton. I often make them.
