Yes it was lamb & beef with minced onion and paprika, can't remember what herbs there were though.

Us Hrvats learn to make Croatian skinless sausages called Ćevapčići. Now wrap pastry round that and you have a sausage roll you would gladly kill for! Oh and I'm bordering on vegan. Love making my natural non butcher sausage rolls. With homemade spicy tom sauce
