I'm attempting a supposedly easy delicious recipe Annabell White posted on Radio live this past week. It requires the juice of 2 lemons or limes . New World had neither , just lime juice. How much of the juice would equate to 2 lemons please? TIA

1/2 a lemon is about 1 tablespoon of juice so 2 lemons would be 60ml-ish

Here it is Carolyn. it is nice :) Very simple and moreish . will certainly make again .
I couldn't believe we had no lemons or limes . NW fruit & vege guy reckoned it was across all towns supermarkets . until next week :)
