Would some of these work for BBQ plates/grills?

I would be careful with bbq grill tops as being cast iron I would think they are better "seasoned" and this might get removed with harsh treatments.

I do this with the racks from the gas hobs and also the extractor fan come out like new. I ended up spraying with oven cleaner and using steelo, which was hard took me two days to clean 4 racks as I Have arthritis and now Im paying for it :-(

mine is bosch too but what are telescopic rails. The solid tray that comes with the oven stays there while its cleaning and comes out like new, I also lightly spray water all over the inside this helps to clean the glass and any stubborn bits!

I need to remove the telescopic rails and replace them with a "C" piece of wire that my solid rack sits on, Meaning I can only clean 1 out of 2 of them at a time.
I have 2 in mine, you can slide the rack out to look at what you are baking and its self supporting.
