Is it better to cook crayfish before freezing or leave them raw

cook whole cay first but tails can be frozen raw

NO! Dont cook just out in plastic bag and freeze the whole cray, if you cook then freeze they turn mushy. I have 50 in my freezer to cook for a wedding :-)
