Hi, I got given some frozen Crayfish tails.They told me they are not cooked so I have to cook them.How???do I boil them?Thanks

bring the water to the boil.. Put the tails in and cook for about 5 mins .. Remove and plunge into a sink of cold water ... crack open by cutting down the middle.. remove the gritty tail vein... and serve with a nice sauce.. easy quick dipping sauce: melt some butter, add some crushed garlic, a little peri peri and some very fine chopped parsley and white pepper.. stir/mix over low heat and dip pieces of cray into mix...
