My daughter has to catch a 6.30 am train for the next 10 weeks. I have suggested smoothies for quick breakfasts. Any suggestions for recipes. Our feijoias are just starting to drop off the trees, any ideas to use them would be appreciated too. .

Muffins kept in the freezer that can be reheated in the morning and eaten on the train? Depends whether she's an early riser or not really. My daughter has a smoothie most mornings with yoghurt, LSA, almond milk and a mixture of fruit - the LSA makes it more filling

Smoothies really aren't that quick unless you are taking them with you. If you have a nutribullet or similar high powered blender my favourite is 'spiced apple berry pie' 45g or 1/3 cup oats 1 apple, cored and quartered 1/3 cup frozen blueberries 1 tbsp chia seed nutmeg and cinnamon almond milk or whatever milk you want to use.
Big favourite here.
