Has anyone tried to make cucumber wine ! I have an abundant crop of cucumbers. I have made a few jars of relish, but thought I might try to make some wine with the rest. Any ideas !

I am sure you can . Google a recipe. You can make wine out of anything . Good luck.

I have a nice brew of beetroot and banana, and peach wines fermenting right now. yum.
not wanting to put you off- but cucumber has no flavour

I cannot say I have tried cucumber wine,have you.lilyfield.! I did sample lettuce wine once, it was interesting and a little spicy. I see a lot of cucumber wine is made using a marrow wine recipe. I belonged to a "wine brewing club" they have some very way out wines to try at times. A great place to learn the ropes and source on hand help.
