Nope but I reheated my meat in gravy in the oven and enjoyed it better than the roast, so wondering if you just cubed some cooked potatoes etc and made a thick gravy.

Jamie Oliver has a great recipe for a lamb pie using left over cooked lamb.

Croquettes

1 pkt mushroom soup
3/4 cup cold water
1 onion
1Tblsp butter
2 cups minced leftover lamb
1 cup mashed potato

Cook the mushroom soup in the first measure of water until thick and allow to cool.
Peel and finely chop the onion and fry gently in the melted butter
In a bowl combine the soup, onion, minced meat and mashed potato.
Divide into 6 portions and shape into rolls.
Dip them into flour, egg and crumbs and chill for about 30 minutes
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry for about 10-15 minutes turning regularly to brown all over.
I have made them into patties rather than rolls to make it easier.
Have your mixture as cold as possible before shaping into rolls/patties.
Enjoy!

Edited to add,
You can also add left over veges if you wish, and use pumpkin or kumara or a mix of all 3 instead of just potato.
