Do I have to blanch it first, anyone tried not blanching, how did it turn out! Thanks

I always blanch it briefly. Haven't had much success with not blanching, but it may be okay for short storage.

I don't bother blancing it anymore, just make sure when I freeze it that its on trays so I can free flow freeze it.

I always blanch it too, tried it once without it and it wasn't nice at all.
