Does anyone remember the quantities etc.for instant pudding sauce. I remember it was just instant pud powder, milk, butter & I think boiled for a short time. I have googled it but no luck. Was popular in 60s & 70s

Interested as I have never hard of this sauce!I was given a tip many years ago to put a teaspoon of Vanilla Instant Pudding in whipped cream to keep it from "flopping" also gives a bit of flavor, works every time.
