How can I make my iced tea sweeter without adding sugar? I tried honey but it just didnt seem to dissolve properly, there were honey clumps at the bottom. And yes I added it when it was hot :P
What variations on flavour do people like to make? Lemon, peach etc

Honey does work if added when the tea is hot - just stir lots. Half tea and half lemonade or soda is refreshing. Decorate with fruit slcies and mint or lemon balm leaves.
