In the fride... for tea

in the fridge I have some chicken, pesto, spinach, feta, yellow capsicum, filo, parmasan, cream, filo, and I know they combine well mostly but am lacking inspiration at the moment for dinner. Suggestions welcome!

Make a quiche out of all of it.

Line the base of a quiche dish with 4 or 5 layers of the filo.

Mix your cooked chicked with wilted spinach (squeeze dry) thinly sliced capsicum, parmesan, feta, pesto and beaten eggs. Maybe add some toasted pinenuts if you have them.

Or you could make filo wraps mixing the cooked chicken, pesto, feta, parmesan, capsicum and wilted spinach and one egg together, wrap up in the filo into rectangle wraps and bake.

Use the cream for dessert.
