Do you have silicon mini muffin tins!If so, you can make little mini quiches (no base ones).Easy and oh so tasty. (I find they tend to stick to normal tins).

Slices of ham in the bottom of a muffin tin and then break an egg in on top - bake until cooked, sprinkle with cheese and parsely. A breakfast frittata with potato and bacon etc. Porridge made in the crockpot over night with stewed fruit and cream. Pancakes - you can cheat and buy them if needed. Crossants and crusty rolls to have with other savouries. English muffins and hollandaise sauce - presuming others are taking bacon and eggs they can have eggs benedict - mmm yumm Have a great time

thank you all for your suggestions - have plenty to choose from now - my mind just went blank I am a dessert person normaly at a pot luck
Baked bean hash, Off Food in a minute book 1 Layer hash browns on bottom of oven proof dish, a can of baked beans spread over, bacon diced and put over the baked beans, and eggs beaten and poured over the top with cheese sprinkled and then cooked on 180% till nice and brown and cooked. Yummy and would easily travel and reheat.

I would go with the fruit platter as well.
