I made the cheesecake that has toffeepops as the base and had lots of compliments, you can find it using the search engine on the left. I'd double the recipe next time though.

Hi to you too kiwitrish, and thanks so much for the feedback.I'm really pleased that you made and enjoyed the Baileys Cheesecake however I can't take the credit for being the original poster of that recipe - thanks must go to TM's cap for doing that. I'm pleased for you too that you "got lots of compliments" - they are always good no matter what they're for but IMO it sure is a good feeling to know that the food one has prepared has been enjoyed so much that it's worthy of compliments. Good morning show have great chocolate cheesecake that is super easyI I am going to make it for Xmas day.
