Happy New Year to all. I have made the edmonds continental cheesecake today My dads birthday on wednesday 5th will this be ok to wednesday and any ideas for toppings do I cream it help

I just made one tonight for dessert. It was yum. I dont think it would last nicely till Wednesday as it has milk in it, but thats my opinion. i'm funny about food that isnt eaten freshly made. I added half a cup of defrosted mixed berries to the mixture. Was pretty impressed for the price, just over $5. but the base certainly wouldnt line a large 23cm tin like the packet suggested.

Oh, generally you dont cream it, but if you added berries, even lightly squished strawberries would be nice you could decorate the top with a few sliced fresh ones. My mum used to pipe little squirts (not sure what they are called) around her cheesecakes. Like one on each piece. looked pretty.
